Rapid Urban Breaching & Rescue
"Therefore, whoever wishes for peace, let him prepare for war."
Vegetius, Roman military historian and philosopher
RUBR™ is a system of rescue techniques and procedures developed and validated over years of trial and error in fire and rescue units worldwide. It can be adapted to any operational environment in order to increase the survivability of today's injured civilians and military personnel. RUBR's uniqueness is the simplicity of its techniques, allowing rapid intervention with extremely limited resources, under hostile conditions, and with easy-to-remember procedures.
Many of the techniques that make up the RUBR™ system are already familiar to both military personnel and civilian fire/rescue staff. RUBR™ combines new techniques and refreshes, simplifies, and reinforces some old, creating a "tool box" with which combat troops can reduce the fog of war during casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) operations, and fire/police/rescue members can cut life-saving minutes off the time needed to move victims to points of treatment and evacuation.
“Thank you very much for the great period of instruction/training. The classes and practical application was beneficial to all--your folks were both professional and superb trainers.”
